…especially if it exists to support a good charity, in my case our local hospice.
I went for a visit today, hoping to find some of those glass candy jars for curing an upcoming harvest for a buddy of mine. Little did I know that they recently had (I kid you not) a Candy Jar Day and so there were none left. But I found something even better…something I didn’t even know existed…bail jars with dark glass!!!
I can’t imagine anything more perfect for storing and curing nugs while protecting the precious THC from being degraded.
But wait, there’s more!
I also ran across the tiniest Crock-Pot I’ve ever seen. It looks totally useless for almost anything involving any reasonable quantity of food (unless you’re an anorexic who lives alone :-). But it’s perfect for a Green Dragon water bath, infusing cannabis into butter or oil, or many other cannabis-related cooking tasks involving small quantities of edibles. I tested it with water and it stayed right at 180°F, just above the boiling point of alcohol, and way below the temperature where THC would be vaporized.
Total cost for all this: $19.
Do you agree with Green Dragons Soda when it comes to their Green Dragon water bath method?
Can you post a URL for that so I know exactly what you’re talking about?
Hi there. Found you via Flattr; just wanted to ask if you’d had any luck putting Flattr buttons on your site here (I’ve got this sneaking feeling that the WordPress system won’t allow it).
I had no problem doing that, but the amount I was spending on the Flattr system wasn’t being returned by donations so I took them all off after a year 🙁
Thanks for the information. Presumably you tried simply reducing your own contribution? The Flattr FAQ says “The account itself does not cost you anything” which suggests that you can keep it open without contributing (though the way the system itself seems to work, as I understand it so far, implies that you do have to contribute a minimum of €2 pcm).
Yeah, unfortunately, even 2 euros a month kind of wipes out any advantage I was getting…wasn’t even getting hits from the Flattr site though it was theoretically helping my SEO scores.
