It’s probably just a coincidence that the Federal Government declared war on California medical marijuana patients the day after Steve Jobs died, but perhaps there’s more to it than we know.
CelebStoner.com is reporting that Steve Jobs considered using medical marijuana to treat his cancer after reading studies of its effectiveness in killing cancer cells and tumors. He decided not to, solely because then he would have been denied a life-saving liver transplant, just like Timothy Garon.
Would medical marijuana have saved Steve Jobs, and millions of the other people who have died of the disease in the past 37 years? We’ll never know, but we do know that the Federal government knew in 1974 that THC could slow tumor growth in mice. So what did they do? Shut down all further related research, of course.
