Yes, perhaps it took the state of the economy to get people to think outside the box, but when California turns things around, we’re going to see a lot more states suddenly realizing they’ve been pulling up and destroying a large portion of their state’s economy every year.
I think that may be a bit too optimistic. Just because it makes sense doesn’t mean it’ll happen unfortunately.
